Standard Panel Connecting Kit. £23.00 One kit required for each solar pool heater panel used to mount &
interconnect panels.
Each kit comprises the following parts: 2* 3"Long EPDM Hose Couplings
(used for connecting the panels to each other - 1*Black PVC Coated Saddle
Clamp (used for securing the panel to the roof) - 4*Stainless Steel Jubilee
Clips (used to fasten the EPDM Hose Coupling to the panel) - 3*Stainless
Steel Butterfly Clips (used for fastening the tie-down strap webbing to the
roof for securing the panels - 5*(1/4"x2") 3/8" Hex Head Stainless Steel Lag
Screws (used to secure the butterfly clips and saddle clamp to the roof).
System/Row Connecting Kit £40.85 One kit is required for each installation and also for each
additional row of panels. Used for connecting panels to standards PVC Sch.40
Pipe.
Each kit contains the same parts as the standard panel connecting kit
above plus 2*End Plug (used for plugging the un-used ends of the panel
header pipes - 2*Pipe to Panel Adapters (allows standard 1.5 inch Sch.40 PVC
pipe to connect to the panels using a slip connector).
Screw
Sealant £7.45 A permanent sealant used to seal the screw threads.
